Leadership

Jamie is the founding pastor of Redemption. He has been married to his wife Courtney since 1996, and they have raised 3 children together.  He was educated at Faith Baptist Bible College and Seminary and has training and experience as a biblical counselor.
Jamie appreciates the works of Paul Tripp, John Piper, R.C. Sproul, and John MacArthur among others.

Adam serves as the Executive Pastor overseeing staff and finances, but he also leads the worship team. He has been married to Angela since 2007 and together they have 3 children. He holds an MDiv from Grace Theological Seminary where he won the Alva J.  McClain systematic theology award.
Adam has been influenced by Wayne Grudem, John Piper, Paul David Tripp.

Ben serves as the Family Pastor, overseeing RBC’s Small Group, Youth, and Children’s Ministries. Before entering ministry, Ben worked in military public affairs for over 10 years as an active duty Air Force officer, a civilian contractor, and a federal employee of the Army. He has an M.A. in Military History from Norwich University and a B.S. in Military History from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He and his wife Emily have been married since 2015 and they have three children.
The works of John Piper, Jerry Bridges, and Charles Spurgeon have been impactful in Ben’s life.

Ethan is currently studying for the ministry at Grace Theological Seminary and is working with the pastoral team at Redemption to prepare him for that role. He works with Pastor Ben as part of the Redemption Youth leadership team and is a regular part of the preaching team.
He has been influenced by Jerry Bridges, C.S. Lewis, and John Piper. 

Lynnea uses her skills and talents to communicate with the church body, provide administrative support to the ministries, and support the pastoral staff.

Scott uses his skills and talents to support the pastoral staff, help people assimilate into Redemption, and steward the technology resources at Redemption Bible Church.
